EDIT: Dont worry, no spoilers, only what i expecting
(be Renegade)
The Galaxy praved a cruel, inhospitable place and the commander ultimately surrendered to the vices that had claimed so many others. Selfishness, greed, and cruelty guided this lost soul. These were the values that guided a lost soul through countless trials and triumphs.
(sacrifice companion)
It was not until the end of this long road that the commander was faced with that greatest of virtues - sacrifice, but Shepard refused to follow the Ashleys/Kaidans selfless example, instead, allowing a true hero to venture into irradiated control chamber of project crucible and sacrifice her/his own life for the greater good of mankind.
(cooperation with Cerberus goals)
Sadly, when selected by the Illusive Man to be his instrument of annihilation, the Commander agreed. Sentient life will be preserved, but only in its human form. The waters of life flowed at last, but the enslaved Reapers soon eradicated all those deemed unworthy of salvation. The whole Galaxy, despite its progress, became a graveyard.
At last i finished Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Excellent game, with story deeper than Mariana Trench. I chosen Sarif ending, because even before i am for human augmentations (not only from Deus Ex, System Shock 2 or Warhammer 40.000 is about cyborgs too).
Metal arms, legs, artificial eyes better than biological...where is damn problem? If these technologies really exist today, ill go to clinic, cause whats wrong, if you want to be more than human? We are so limited by our vulnerable bodies. One shot or one punch can destroy them in one second. Flesh is weak.
very good quotes from WH40k:
"Everything organic we know of is simply machinery, in one form or another. Tendons replace pistons; flesh in the place of steel; blood is simply biological coolant. To deny this and shun it is more than just Mechanicus orthodoxy – it is idiocy."
- Attributed to an unknown Genetor
"You may say, it is impossible for a man to become like the Machine. And I would reply, that only the smallest mind strives to comprehend its limits." - Fabricator General Kane
